Being Stretched

Over the past week and a half, I've been dealing with a virus that has made me very dizzy for hours on end, and at random times. It has also sapped me of my strength and I've been too scared to go out places because I don't like being dizzy outside of my comfort zone, which is my home. After going to the doctors numerous time since getting sick, they have basically narrowed it down to *hopefully* just being a virus, and that my dizziness will slowly go away with the virus. I've gone two days now relatively dizzy-free, which is super duper exciting and freeing!!

But what I wanted to really share is that through this whole ordeal, even though it might not sound like much, it has brought me closer to the Lord, who will forever be my Rock, my Fortress and my Deliverer, the One I can always go to for anything! I have really found out truly what it means to trust the Lord and to lean on Him. In all honesty, its been a great experience, even though I've hated being dizzy, getting to know the Lord better and growing in my walk with Jesus has been AMAZING!! A song I've just recently found is sung by Angie Miller, who totally rocked it! Its called "Love Came Down" and it says, 'I will lift these hands in praise... oh I will believe! I remind myself of all that You've done, and that this life I have because of Your Son! Love came down and rescued me, love came down and set me free! I am yours..."

I am God's. I am His daughter, forever and always. What a sweet, sweet blessing. Thank you Jesus. Let me never take for granted what You've given me. Let me praise your name for the rest of the days you'll give me! I love you Jesus!!
