I love dresses. LOVE.THEM. They are just so feminine, pretty, and FUN TO WEAR!!!! :) Paired with all the right accessories, you can totally look smashing. (Sorry, just had to add that, cuz it sounded British.) ;)

Ack. These heels are too HIGH! I would end up spraining an ankle or something. But they are really cute.

To make this dress more modest, you could wear a cardigan over top, or maybe even wear a cap-sleeved short sleeved shirt underneath. 
I love the ruffles on the hem. ;)
This dress would totally wash me out, but if I added some spark of color, like a pink or red scarf, that would help from making me look like a ghost.
